Muse Walls x J Marie

Whenever I start a new wallpaper design, I love imagining the kind of space it might bring to life. My latest collection at MUSE Wall Studio was inspired by those carefree, retro tropical vibes—think mid-century vacations, hibiscus flowers, and colorful cocktails by the pool. I wanted each pattern to feel playful, bright, and just a little nostalgic.

I’ve been having so much fun with the hand-drawn illustrations—hula dancers, pineapples, tropical drinks—and layering them in colors that feel warm and happy. There’s something about those soft pinks, golden yellows, and vibrant greens that just makes a space feel cheerful, don’t you think?

One of my favorite things about working with MUSE is how easy it is to see these designs come to life. The peel-and-stick wallpapers mean you can experiment with a pattern, move it around, or refresh a room without stress. I love thinking about the rooms people might use these in—a powder room, a small bar area, or even a cozy corner that just needs a little vacation energy.

Creating these designs has been such a joyful process, and I hope they bring a little slice of retro tropical fun into anyone’s home who wants it.

You can see the full collection here at MUSE Wall Studio.

Cheers for now!
